Subaru or 4×4 toyota pickup/fourunner are good choices. If the subaru is pre 1995 just make sure it’s AWD, some were front wheel drive.

Hi, I’m looking to buy my first car. I’m a real car enthusiast and enjoy my cars, but with all the new Victorian P plate laws you are restricted from cars with turbos, v8′s etc. So i would like to know what are some good cheap cars that have a lot of power and still complies with the P plate laws. Yes i do realize power is dangerous on P plates, but I’m wanting to make my money worth it, so in the near future i can take it out on the track. Thanks
