Yes they can ask for a payment. It is a fact the car will sell for less then you owe thus a deficiency exists.
Send them your normal monthly payment

Question by adrispina@ymail.com: What can I get in a repo auction for 00?
I am getting a used car through a friend of a friend that flips cars from repo and police auctions. My budget is only $ 5000 and I don’t know what I’m going to end up with. I was hoping for a 07 with less than 30 thousand miles. Is this realistic?
