Police car auctions question?

September 2nd, 2011 Monica 1 comment

Question by Andrew: Police car auctions question?
I am going to go to a government car auction tomorrow and i want to buy a really cool 2005 crown victoria. I saw it today during the vehicle viewing time at Manheim Fredericksberg VA auction. There were not a lot of people around there. Well is there a starting bid on government auction vehicles? It it possible to get such a car really cheap if no one happens to bit more then I? Also how many bidders usually are there for Manheim Fred. Auction in virginia?

Crown Vics would fail to work the next day… why would you want a worn out car with an used up engine, buy a normal car with low miles that would almost last you like four or five years… and crown vics will take up all your money on gas… you wanna be a cop or something… good luck on that.

Police car auctions and goverment seized car auctions – get repossessed cars for a fraction of their cost

September 1st, 2011 Monica No comments

Government police auctions and government seizure auctions are usually a cheaper alternative available to those who battle to secure enough of a budget to be able to afford to purchase a car from a new or used car dealership.

Often by scouring the locals adverts in newspapers regarding government car auctions as well as a search for police auctions and government auctions online will yield positive results for those looking to take advantage of these car auctions.

The government will have seized these cars from those who may have outstanding speeding tickets. Banks and financial institutions are another avenue that brings these cars to the auction block through bad payments and are often sent to repossession auctions held with other types of car auctions to provide a diverse offering to the public.

The government and state department that often put these cars up for auction are not in the habit of trying to wait for their price as it is often better for them to return the funds generated to monetary circulation so that they can generate more bank interest and revenue. This means that there are some great deals to be found at government and police auctions.

Buying the same cars from a used car lot may sometime cost in the region of 300% more than you could secure a decent car or SUV for at an auction.

Being sharp witted and wise to the price for certain cars on the open market could even yield a handsome profit if you were to decide to speculate a little of your saving and approach the car auctions as a business venture. There are often many students who search for cheap and affordable cars with often quite a decent budget. This opens up a whole new revenue stream for those folk who regularly attend auto auctions to understand the market prices for cars.

There is a benefit in knowing that these cars that are bought through police and government auction are definitely road worthy and should be easy to license as their source is the police after all.

Buying a New Vehicle at Police Auctions – Great Deal to Take Advantage of at Police Auctions

August 23rd, 2011 Monica No comments

There are some great deals that you can take advantage of at police auctions.

Bad boys, bad boys, what cha gunna do? Give up your car! Thats what! A police auction is a great place to find a nice used car for far under it’s market value. You may have some competition but it is well worth it when you see some of the cars that have been snatched from drug dealers and other criminals. They can provide to be nice and cheap, which is great for everyone, except the guy who lost it while being behind bars.

When you need a car, but the dealers seem to be a bit unfair, a great place to go is to a police auction or auction site. Here you can find many great cars, trucks, or other vehicles that are for sale to the highest bidder. The great thing, is that if not many people happen to bid on a car, you may get a great car, dirt cheap. Many of these vehicles, seized due to criminal activity are really nice inside and out, practically looking brand new but going for a great price that is bound to make your bank account and you happy. It is so easy to bid on one of these vehicles and you get it soon after.

Police auctions are a great cause also because the money goes to the police department instead of going into an individuals wallet. This is great because it helps to raise money for things the police may need, such as new car, better equipment, etc. Police auctions help just about everyone, because the money goes to help make sure that people are kept safe, and the savings are incredible for the person buying the vehicle. It is like doing charity work and buying a new vehicle all at the same time.

Next time you need a car, consider a police auction. Help the police protect yourself and others while getting a little something for yourself as well. Police auctions offer great cars at cheap prices, now that is a steal!

If you are not familiar with the way a government car auction works, observe other bidders to get a better idea of bidding procedures and also how you can get a good deal on the car you are buying. It is important to remember that even online auctions are conducted by the government are hassle free and transparent. Make sure you specify the exact model of car you are looking for, and also keep in mind that you will be paying only for the vehicle and not for any additional process or paperwork.
