A shady dealer at a auction I go to sabotages vehicles (Alters something to make them run rough and service engine light comes on and flashes, etc.) so he can get them cheaper. They mysteriously run good if you look at them way before the auction starts, then have a “problem” during the auction, then magically are ok again and he drives them off after he buys them, What should I look for that could cause the service light to come on and flash, etc.

If you have a really low car and want to do basic work on your own your going to need some ramps. For cars like Vipers and Corvettes you’re going to need to buy Race ramps for 0 or more. Not even the lowest profile rhino ramps work. If you dont want to spend the money build your own ramps for about . Materials At least a jigsaw. Better equipment=nicer ramps. 6 boards measuring 8 feet long 10 inches wide and 2 inches tall. If you have wider then 10 inch tires get some wider boards.
