Yeah certain auctions require you to have a dealer license.

You can find places on line that will provide you with a dealer license from certain states. it costs about $ 2,500 -$ 3,000 a year to maintain these licenses.

Or is there a way I can also buy real cheap cars from these auctions? Also, are there any warranties or is it strictly: look and inspect the car now or forever hold your peace?

I want to start my own business in South Texas buying repossessed and auctioned cars; I am aware that I need a dealer’s license to get the autos cheaper. Does anybody know where should I start? I looked up online but the sites are not helping me.

There is a place in Houston, TX that has cheap cars and bikes with very little body damage on them. Catch is, you have to have a dealers license to get these things. Does anybody know how i have to go about getting one?
