Cheap Car Auctions

Question by Salim: Public car auctions in Bay Area, San Jose or Sacramento?
I am looking for a used car and somebody advised me to try the auctions. However all the auctions I googled seem to be dealer only. Do you know of any public auto auctions in the bay area or Sacramento or South bay San Jose area? Specifically, something this weekend. Thank you.

call the dealer auctions and ask them about the public auctions. Chances are they know about them.
